This mix is made with Non GMO sourced ingredients, includes two whole grain flours and works with options for avoiding any of the 8 major food allergens.  Enjoy as one big loaf using a standard bread pan or if you want traditional French style loaves use a specialty pan.  Either way you’ll get delicious, soft and chewy French bread with a crusty exterior and a great smelling kitchen. If you are going to freeze extra baked bread slice it first in the way you intend to eat it.   Quickly thaw a slice, warm or toast it as needed.

Products are shipped via USPS to arrive usually within 2 - 4 days after being shipped.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on your order. Please monitor tracking and ensure your package(s) are brought inside promptly after delivery. Our bakery is not responsible for theft or weather damage caused from being left sitting outside after delivery of your package. Refunds, replacements or credits will not be offered in those cases.

    Love love this mix .It is great as French bread with some garlic butter or with Italian seasoning added. I love to just put it in a loaf pan and use as my go to bread. I have made other bread mixes but this is by far my favorite and so easy to make. In less than one hour I have a loaf of bread. If you have to eat gluten-free and you are disappointed with your choices I highly recommend trying this one!

    This is the first gluten free bread that did not taste gluten free. So easy to make! Have made it into pizza crusts also! The first time I have really liked pizza since finding out I have celiac. Love that the ingredients are “better for you”!
