Love love this mix .It is great as French bread with some garlic butter or with Italian seasoning added. I love to just put it in a loaf pan and use as my go to bread. I have made other bread mixes but this is by far my favorite and so easy to make. In less than one hour I have a loaf of bread. If you have to eat gluten-free and you are disappointed with your choices I highly recommend trying this one!

This is the first gluten free bread that did not taste gluten free. So easy to make! Have made it into pizza crusts also! The first time I have really liked pizza since finding out I have celiac. Love that the ingredients are “better for you”!
